Cancellation/Return Policy/Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made anytime prior to the order being completed. Order changes are possible, however they are not guaranteed. We recommend double checking your order details to make sure everything is how you want it. If you do need to make a change, email us as quickly as possible, and if your order is still at a point in our process where changes can be made we will make the change for you.

To cancel your order email support@reshopstore.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request (Your Order Number Here)". Not using this as your subject line may cause delay for your cancellation.

Returns are accepted for 15 days after delivery, provided all items are in pristine resell-able condition. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chargebacks
Fraudulent charge-backs will be disputed and may result in criminal charges for theft and/or felony postal fraud. Filing a charge-back is not an acceptable method of requesting a refund or cancellation. Doing so may result in your account being blocked from making future orders.

Defective or Incorrect items
Any defective or incorrect items MUST be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued. Customers who claim an item is damaged or does not match the description are required to return the merchandise before a refund or replacement will be sent.

Wrong size is NOT considered defective or incorrect. We stress to everyone ordering to check the sizing and if unsure, order 1 size to 1/2 size bigger. Our overseas manufacturers tend to make items smaller than the tradtional size.

Refund policy
Refunds will be issued for items returned within our 15 day return period. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Our refund processing time will be 30 business days after the merchandise has been returned to us. Please email us so we can issue a RMA#. BE SURE TO STATE THE REASON FOR RETURNING THE ITEM IS TO RECEIVE A REFUND. This will help ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Merchanise returned without a RMA# are ours to dispose of as we see fit. There is no further action necessary as we will dispose of returned items as we see fit.

Lastly
Wrong size will NEVER be considered defective or incorrect. We will NEVER REFUND if the reason is wrong size.
